Lead Well, Live Well Series
The Lead Well, Live Well series is a five-part, experiential workshop journey designed to build personal capacity, cultivate resilience, and spark intentional leadership. From movement and mindfulness to storytelling, creativity, and somatic intelligence, each workshop offers practical tools grounded in neuroscience, wellness, and community-based wisdom.
This powerful series culminates in the Lead Well, Live Well Leadership Conference in May 2026—a gathering of changemakers, professionals, and purpose-driven individuals committed to leading with clarity, compassion, and courage.
Whether you’re stepping into leadership for the first time or seeking to lead with greater alignment and intention, this series invites you to slow down, root in your values, and lead forward with strength.
Each workshop is intimate (25-45 participants), $45 per session, and hosted in partnership with community spaces. Hosts will be recognized as community wellness sponsors across event media.

Together, we’ll dive into practices that include moving naturally, cultivating purpose, managing stress with intention, nourishing the body wisely, fostering meaningful connection, building supportive professional “tribes,” prioritizing loved ones, practicing gratitude, and creating environments where leaders can thrive for the long run. Learn how to integrate these longevity principles into your leadership journey.
