“Leave your personal life at the door” doesn’t actually work.

The Mind Wellness University Workplace Program

A workplace membership designed to support employee mental health through online and in-person learning opportunities customized for the unique needs of each workplace.

A Happier Workforce

Studies indicate that 67% of the American workforce struggles with their mental health, costing the economy $47.6 billion annually.* Yet most employers and employees know very little about how to support colleagues in distress.

Happier employees equals:

• Reduced absenteeism
• Lower turnover
• Fewer interpersonal conflicts
• Improved problem solving
• Less office drama
• Heightened creativity
• Confident leadership
• Reduced stress

Mind Wellness 101

Two hours filled with “need to know” information about mind wellness in your workplace. This training is designed for your whole team!

Session Includes

Overview
Why is this important and how will it improve our workplace and team dynamics.

Prevalence
Team activity to better understand the numbers effected by mental health and/or substance use disorders in the workplace.

Recognizing the signs
Knowing what your team needs and when is key to implementing these new tools.

Boundaries, Accountability, and Grace
Three keys to a “trauma-informed” workplace. Trauma of all kinds, big and micro, make the need to build these skills imperative at work.

Integrating new language
All teams need to learn new ways to talk to each other and also understand that each persons life experience brings a unique perspective.

Ending stigma
Transparency is the key to ending stigma, but it must be prioritized in your organization and ALL employees must feel safe and protected to talk about topics such as addiction, suicide and mental health challenges.

Identify your annual team advocate for monthly “deep dive” training. Select your topics (over 20 to choose from) for quarterly team learning sessions (90 mins).
