Heather Marie Estus

Founder, the Worthiness Formula & The Worthiness Ranch

Heather brings over 30 years of nonprofit leadership and 45 years of life experience to support organizations and individuals. She currently serves as Director of Donor Relations and Annual Programs at St. John’s United Foundation.

Throughout her career, Heather has raised over $50 million for various organizations through major gifts, social impact investing, endowments, and capital campaigns. Her experience spans a wide range of organizations, including the Billings Chamber of Commerce, American Red Cross, Hispanic Scholarship Foundation, Boys & Girls Clubs, Zappos, and NASCAR. She is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Heather is the founder of the podcast “Worthy Rants – Conversations Worth Having,” where she features diverse guests who share inspiring self-worth journeys. A natural connector and advocate, she creates a welcoming space for authentic conversations.

As a professional speaker and coach, Heather addresses topics such as fundraising, diversity, community-building, human trafficking, career development, trauma recovery, and self-worth. Her retreats, workshops, and trainings empower audiences to laugh, reflect, and take action.

Founder of The Worthiness Formula, Worthy YOUniversity, and The Worthy Ranch, Heather aims to “cure the unworthiness disease” by helping individuals unlock their innate worth, identify core values, and build supportive communities. As a mother of five and the eldest of 11 siblings, she has honed her leadership skills, resilience, and ability to foster meaningful connections throughout her life.

Heather’s vision included dedication to building The Worthy Ranch Healing & Equine Center in Montana to provide support and healing for survivors of human trafficking and abuse.
