After graduating with her bachelor’s degree in health administration, Jessie started her journey in prevention education in collegiate alcohol and drug education programs, earning national recognition for her programming adaptability during the Covid 19 pandemic. Jessie’s experience in grant management and programming then led to her role as the Director of the Foster Grandparent program. As Director of Operations at UpStream, Jessie brings strong logistical skills, experience in leading diverse groups, and passion for prevention.
