Youth Impact Prevention Program Workplace-based workshops for a better tomorrow for all of us.

The Youth Impact Prevention Program (YIPP) is a series of workshops that use a customized Redefining Love curriculum founded on the Three Pillars of Boundaries, Accountability, and Grace to resolve complex relational and societal problems.

Why at the workplace?

Two big hurdles to community prevention efforts is time and money. Most of us work full-time, in addition to evening extracurricular activities. Investing precious time and resources in expert prevention training is often not a top priority in our modern lives.

At UpStream, we believe in meeting people where they are at. By bringing expert prevention trainings to the workplace, busy employees have one less item on their to-do list and in their budgets, and employers have an opportunity to create lasting, positive change in our communities.

How It Works

Businesses enrolled in the Youth Impact Prevention Program will participate in eleven 60-minute monthly sessions. Our expert trainers will take your team through an insightful and actionable awareness program addressing the hot topics facing today’s youth and the people who care for them.

A HAPPIER WORKFORCE

Approximately 40 percent of the American workforce are caring for children under age 18.* Therefore, it is important to support caregivers where they spend the most time - the workplace. Struggles at home create distracted, overworked, overwhelmed employees.

Happier employees equals:

• Reduced absenteeism
• Lower turnover
• Fewer interpersonal conflicts
• Improved problem solving
• Less office drama
• Heightened creativity
• Confident leadership
• Reduced stress
