Participants complete 24 total credits to earn their Mind Wellness Champion Certificate. (1 Hour = 1 Credit)

The program blends required foundational courses—like Do No Harm and Mental Health First Aid—with a customizable catalog of workshops covering topics such as conflict resolution, de-escalation, resource navigation, trauma-informed communication, and more.

Champions are not therapists. They’re trained, trusted team members who offer support, share resources, and help create a culture of care at work.
