Bringing the world's longevity research to Big Sky Country.
A community series, and a landmark conference, exploring what the world's longest-lived communities can teach us about leadership, wellbeing, and the future of Billings, Montana.
What are Blue Zones®?
Places where living past 100 is common and why
Researcher Dan Buettner spent years identifying communities around the world where people routinely live past 100. He called them Blue Zones® and he found that their longevity wasn’t about willpower, superfoods, or expensive routines.
It was about how they built their lives: their movement, their food, their communities, and their sense of purpose.
From those findings came the Power 9®, nine habits shared by every Blue Zone® community on Earth.
