
Mental Health First Aid
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an evidence-based, nationally recognized training that teaches participants how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges. Similar to CPR or traditional first aid, the course equips individuals with the skills and confidence to provide initial support to someone who may be experiencing a mental health crisis.
This is an 8-hour course, typically broken into 2 4-hour sessions.
