Mental Health in the Workplace

Mental health is essential in the workplace for safety, performance, and organizational health. An organization's strength is reflected in its treatment of employees' mental well-being. Mental health and substance use issues are the fastest-growing disability claims among workers. By integrating awareness, education, prevention, and resources into workplace culture, organizations can reduce stigma, enhance engagement, and create environments where employees thrive.
