Founder of Sacred Transitions | Perinatal Mental Health Educator & Therapist | MT School Counselor | RYT-200 | Social-Emotional Learning Facilitator Certification
Shanna Rodgers is a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) and certified perinatal mental health provider (PMH-C) based in Billings, Montana. She is the founder of Sacred Transitions, a trauma-informed program dedicated to nurturing the emotional and spiritual well-being of individuals through pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting.
Shanna is also a proud Air Force combat veteran, and her experience in service deeply informs her understanding of trauma, transition, and resilience. She later served as a school counselor, walking alongside children and families through emotional and behavioral challenges—work that shaped her inclusive, heart-centered approach to healing.
Now focused on perinatal mental health, Shanna holds space for parents navigating identity shifts, emotional overwhelm, and the invisible weight of caregiving. Her work is rooted in compassion, community, and the belief that every transition deserves to be witnessed with care.
When she’s not facilitating groups or creating resources for parents, you’ll find Shanna enjoying Montana’s natural beauty, spending time with her family, and hiking the trails that bring her peace and perspective.
